Big Muff Pi EC3003-A "Frantone Era". These are the ones you want. Sound is full and super grainy. Dialing the Sustain all the way back, you get a real nice growly overdrive/distortion/fuzz thing happening.
No functional issues with this one, though the tone knob is a touch noisy when dialing it in, not when you are playing. Has the battery door, but note that I did replace the screw on the battery door as it was stripped (old one is included). I've owned and collected many of these 3003-A's over the years and this is one of the best sounding. Tested and works with either power supply or battery - no issues. This pedal cleans up REALLY nice with single coils (just played my Rickenbacker through it), and sustain for days with my 1970's SG through my 1960's Vibro Champ.
Cosmetically, please evaluate the photos for yourself - the case has seen some wear for sure. Bottom has 4 non-original felt feet. I tried to photograph this well to show the cosmetic condition, but please let me know if you have questions.
Please check out my other listings, as I will be listing more of my Big Muff collection and other studio gear. Fast shipper! Always happy to talk gear.
