Everything works exactly as it should, and it still has the original protective plastic on the front display! Includes compatible AC power adapter and also runs on AA batteries!

What makes this different than other electronic drum devices?

Simple. Song mode. You can knock out multiple patterns with configurable measure lengths and then chain them together. Multiple songs can be saved for various sets. This makes it perfect for prearranging songs when you need to focus on singing and playing guitar or piano, for example. Your hands will be free to perform live. The SR-18 is thus most useful for live performances compared to groove boxes used for recording. Many cruise ship and club cover song performers use this device.

It is also useful for recording hits that sound like real drums instead of synths, but those are also available.

Condition is excellent. The plastic on the front has yet to be peeled.
