Vintage Kenwood KS-4000R AM/FM Stereo Receiver Wood Grain Japan 1970s SERVICED ✅

Receiver is in excellent used condition, and has been mildly serviced by myself personally. Everything worked on this unit when I first acquired it, but the volume was super scratchy from both speaker channels when the volume knob was turned up and down. Because of this, I disassembled the front face of the unit, cleaned all the potentiometers throughly with isopropyl alcohol and Deoxit Fader, and polished the display the best I could before reassembling. Now the scratchiness is virtually gone, and the receiver is playing beautifully from whatever input source you’re using. All buttons and dials along the face are appropriately responsive to their designated action, display screen shines brightly when the unit is on and running, and power chord is void of any tears or frays along the length of the cable. 

Receiver is in near perfect shape cosmetically, showing almost no signs of age-related wear around the exterior. No notable points of damage inflicted along any edge or face of the units wood cabinet or front display. Unit will be shipped with two RCA to speaker wire adapters that allow you to use any standard speaker instead of just those with RCA-style connections.
