This is such a cool bass!!! The Beatle bass universe was missing a completely maple version, this one is so good looking with the black binding and gold hardware against the maple. It’s so cool that it is all maple, maple sounds so good and unique. Maple cuts through and gets out of the way, I‘ve found that all maple instruments can sit in a mix really nicely, it plays well with others. The flatwounds on this one sound so good, a very round and full tone. This one is marked “2“ on the back of the headstock, there’s a small finish blem down by the tailpiece, I think that is why. The neck is straight, it plays like a dream, it sounds amazing, message me for a video!
