Jungson  JSMP-10M Speaker Cables

Cables came along with the purchase of a pair of original B&W Matrix 805s.  Driven by a Krell KAV-300r receiver, this was installed in my office for years – very revealing, pure enjoyment,  Hours of searches found only Jungson Audio , a boutique manufacturer of very high end audio gear, including interconnects and speaker cables.  A few of their speaker cables, which appear very similar to these, sold for $500 and up!  The few pictures and limited info seems to suggest a single design and construction with varying colors and jackets.  Maybe meaningful or maybe just marketing.   

These are about 90 inches tip to tip – easily qualifying as a 2 meter pair.   Outside diameter of about 5/8”, probably 15mm.  Spades at one end with selectable  pins/locking bananas the other – all gold plated.  Cable is labelled JUNGSON HIGH CLASS OFC SPEAKER CABLE.  The visible directional arrows usually suggest some sort of construction feature or element somewhere in the length.   Maybe the twisted three pair construction.  Limited info and inspection suggest 12 gauge OFC, but I cannot verify it without cutting! A fried took a look the wrapped cable ends (see pictures) and commented on the three twisted heavy wire construction.  He suggested reconfiguring the cable with new connectors to use one of the three for highs and the remaining two for mid and bass.  Easily done and perfect for speakers that can be bi-wired.  Great idea, I just never found the time or need.

If you want to sample high end cables but are put off by $1000 or more for pairs, these could be worth a try.  They are in excellent condition.   Asking $125 plus $26 for insured CONUS shipping.  Cash, check after clearing or Venmo please.  Thank you for looking.
