What does "Pre-Lawsuit" version mean? Well....kinda nothing but the name of this pedal was changed to 'Thirty Something' to appease Vox. I don't know if there was ever a legal threat but the 'Ace Thrity' versions are earlier and rarer.
A fantastic pedal, like all Wampler stuff.
