1969 Gibson SG in Cherry
Guitar was purchased from Dave’s Guitar shop. all original from what I can tell… pots, pickups, tuners, etc.
Is missing One screw from control cavity cover - never felt compelled to put a replacement in to persevere original condition.
frets are lower but appear original. Guitar plays beautifully and rings clear up and down the neck.
The vibrola works great and it’s currently setup with 10*46 strings.
Neck is on the chunky side despite narrower nut.
Sounds great! Neck pickup is mellow and bridge is actually twangy but smooth and overdrives as any old Patent pickup should
No repairs of any kind. black lights perfectly. Finish appears all original and no major dings or dents to note.
Overall very clean example of a 69!
Comes with original case which is in good condition but also comes with a nice replacement case which I store it in that offers a little more protection.
