This Paiste has all of the famously clean, crisp producer-friendly tone that catapulted the Signature Series to stardom 37 years ago. EXCEPT THIS is the largest 20” Full Crash size which means there’s even more glowing wash to bask in.
This is without a doubt my favorite crash cymbal in the Signature lineup. It’s bold, darker than the 18”, and has a terrific Full Wash and broad dynamic range.
Makes a beautiful clean Light Ride when played delicately. Crash Ride on the edge and it opens up like Josh Freese wall-of-sound…because he used one too!
