The Tascam Portastudio mkii has gained a deserved reputation as a phenomenal workhorse amongst home recording studios for 30 years. I bought this model brand new from the Musician’s Friend brick and mortar shop in Eugene, Oregon in 1998 or thereabouts. It has been gently used and taken care of over the many years. It has not been used in 10 years, but has been powered up, tested, and functions beautifully.
This will come with the original owner’s manual, and an original, hard to find, unused RC-30P foot-switch for manual punch-ins. There are no scratches, cracks, or broken knobs/faders, and the display screen lights up completely.
