Aria Birdie MX-100, Late 70s/early 80s

This is an extremely rare, small, loud amp that was made in the late '70s through the early 80s by Matsumoku in Japan. These solid state amps were designed to aesthetically mimic the look of a mini, blonde Mesa Boogie Mark I amp from that exact era. These came with cream tolex and brown grille cloth. Unfortunately a previous owner painted it black. The paint feels like a rattle can job that could probably be removed if you're inclined to restore it. There's a few spots where the black paint has worn away and you can see the cream tolex underneath.
The pots, including the volume with push/push Hi Boost/Normal functionality, and the inputs have been cleaned and lubricated and work as they should. Unfortunately I don't have a way to test the line out or headphone out.
This amp sounds killer for being so small. It's 10 Watts with a 6" speaker and it's loud! It really sounds great!
