This 1966 Fender Princeton Reverb (S/N A14533) is a fine example of one of
Fender’s most desirable black-panel amplifiers. Produced during the golden era of
Fender production, the Princeton Reverb is renowned for its warm, articulate clean
tone, musical breakup, lush tube-driven reverb, and tremolo, all in a compact and
highly usable package.
This amplifier retains its original speaker. The transformer date codes have been
ground off and are no longer legible. With its classic black-panel circuitry, original
speaker, and unmistakable Princeton Reverb character, this is a wonderful example
of one of Fender’s most enduring and sought-after vintage amplifiers.
