Gretsch G6120 Brian Setzer – Upgraded with TV Jones Ray Butts Pickups

If you’ve been looking for a G6120 that has the classic Gretsch look and feel but an even better voice, this is the one. The guitar sounds absolutely fantastic with the TV Jones Ray Butts pickups—clear, punchy, articulate, and full of that unmistakable Gretsch character.

It plays and sounds great, and at only 7.2 lbs, it’s incredibly comfortable to play for long sessions. The Ray Butts pickups are a serious upgrade and really bring this guitar to life. I also have the Original paperwork / COA.

Upgrades & included extras:

- TV Jones Ray Butts pickups

- Strap locks included

- Original truss rod cover included

- Roller bridge included

- 7.2 lbs

I do want to be completely transparent about the condition. There is a small finish crack on the upper horn. I wasn't able to get a good picture of it, but I wanted to disclose it. There is also a small chip in the lacquer near the bridge. Neither affects the way the guitar plays or sounds.

This is a killer-playing, great-sounding G6120 with a premium pickup upgrade that would make an awesome addition to a Gretsch collection—or a fantastic player for someone who wants that classic Brian Setzer-style Gretsch sound without having to upgrade the pickups themselves.
