Jackson Pro Series Soloist SL7A MAH Electric Guitar - Unicorn White
Selling my Jackson SL-7 as I have 2 of these, I haven’t played this one in quite sometime and I am lusting after a new piece of gear do you know how it goes.
This guitar is in MINT condition with the exception of a couple modifications (in my opinion for the better). The Guitar originally came stock with a 5-way switch for coil splitting, but I wanted to get an extra tone option out of the pickups so I wired it with a 3-way switch and converted the master volume to an A500k Push/Pull Coil Split, giving the option of using both pickups in split coil mode.
The other modification is on the Tone control Knob. At one point I had decided I wanted more of a simple control layout so I wired this with no tone control just a single volume , removed the tone potentiometer from the circuit and instead of using a Lever/Blade switch I widened the tone hole to accommodate a 3 way Les Paul Toggle. Since then the tone pot has been wired back in and I used a larger washer to mount the pot in the wider hole, you hardly notice it’s there and I see it as a benefit should you decide to customize this to your liking like I did.
Other than what has been disclosed and some normal light discoloration on the hardware , this guitar is absolutely beautiful with no chips or dings to the body or headstock, not a scratch on it, it is setup and plays very well with low action and no fret buzz and Intonated with 10-59 Strings.
