The G6136 White Falcon, hailed as “the world’s most beautiful guitar”!

It is a legendary instrument designed by Jimmy Webster—a guitarist and Gretsch guitar developer who contributed to numerous patents

and created many historic models…

Back in 1954, the Falcon was exhibited as a concept guitar at the Summer NAMM show;

it received such overwhelmingly positive reviews—far exceeding expectations—that it went on sale the following year, in 1955, making it a historic model.

Its exceptionally elegant design, featuring lavish ornamentation, remains one of the most coveted guitars to this day.

Among these White Falcons,

we’ve just received a beautiful pre-owned G6136T-LTV—the top-of-the-line model from 2015!

Its most distinctive feature is the body’s lacquer finish, which has a beautifully weathered look!

It really looks awesome…

While the crisp white color of the current models is certainly cool,

this model has a unique presence that evokes a vintage feel.

The jet-black ebony fingerboard gives the whole instrument a refined look,

and it’s the kind of guitar that instantly catches your eye even on the store shelf.

The pickups are TV Jones models that recreate the vintage Filter’Tron sound.

They deliver the warm mid-to-low frequencies characteristic of a full-acoustic guitar,

and—most importantly—shiny, sharp highs with excellent clarity! This is the White Falcon at its best!

While its looks tend to steal the spotlight, its versatile sound is another reason it has so many fans.

It sounds great clean, of course, but it also pairs exceptionally well with distortion!

The all-gold hardware gives it a glamorous look.

The jeweled arrow knobs—a signature feature of the Falcon—add a beautiful touch.

[Condition of the Instrument]

There are no noticeable major scratches or dents, and its condition clearly shows that the previous owner took great care of it.

Considering its age, it’s safe to say this is an excellent specimen.

There is no significant wear on the frets or the truss rod.

While there is some tarnish on the gold hardware, as well as minor scuffs and dents,

please keep in mind that this is a used item.
