The Shure SM56 Unidyne III is a vintage, US-made cardioid dynamic microphone from the 1970s. It shares the legendary Unidyne III capsule family found in the SM57 and SM58, but is built into a heavy-duty housing with a specialized integrated swivel mount designed primarily for broadcast and instrument placement. This set of three would be perfect for miking the snare or toms in a drum kit or the three guitar amps in your band! These three matching mics, all have minor wear showing and have etchings on one side of the mounting (see photos). All three work well and have the impedance selector switch, original capsules, and set screws. The swivels work well and the stand threads are not stripped out.
