Ever since the Electro Voice 664 Dynamic Microphone got released in the 50's, it has continued to be a staple favorite for live performing, public address, recording studios and broadcast radio. It's rugged and reliable reputation has held fast through the decades, and we're offering a good working survivor. This second-generation 664 has been physically restored in GOLD-Tone with clear coat, and performs with clean audio and good output strength from its original internals. (Check the voice sample in the listing video.) The switch plate badge is sharp, on-off switch works well, the pivot joint hold the pivot firmly, and the mic stand threads & connector port are in great shape. Includes the very heavy (7 pound) adjustable-height desk stand, to assure that this thing will never tip over, plus the adapter cable, 4 pin male Amphenol to male XLR plug.
