Pair of RODE M5 Mics, clips, foam windscreens. The windscreens are a bit misshapen, but functioning. Box is in okay shape.
This is a factory-matched pair of compact cardioid condenser microphones designed for highly accurate stereo acoustic recording.
- Capsule size: 0.5-inch small-diaphragm pressure gradient sensor.Acoustic profile: Delivers a neutral, soft, and warm response with flat high frequencies to prevent "squeaky" overtones.
- Polar pattern: Cardioid, meaning it is directional and picks up sound from the front while rejecting rear room ambiance.
- Power requirement: Requires 24V or 48V phantom power via a balanced XLR connection.
- Best use cases: Excellent for stereo setups (like XY or ORTF techniques) to capture acoustic guitars, pianos, choirs, and drum overheads
