Collings 71 M 2026, Fiesta Red

From Collings: "Emerging from a lineage of beloved offset instruments, the 71 Series elevates a classic design with unmistakable Collings craftsmanship and character.Every component of the 71 M works together to create a unique voice and feel.  Its set-neck coupling forms a unique neck-body connection that, paired with its Mastery bridge and offset vibrato, creates an almost hollow-body-like resonance.  Vibrations move in a circular dance, giving the 71 M its distinct sense of motion and musicality.A pair of Lollar pickups, including a Blademaster in the neck and a JM P90 in the bridge, produce a full voice in all three standard pickup positions, with Davies Radio knobs, 250k pots, and Jupiter Vintage Yellow capacitors delivering the volume and tone.  A pull of the tone knob sends the pickups into series for a humbucker-like boost. The headstock design creates the ideal break angle without any need for a string guide, ensuring rock-solid tuning stability and even string resonance across the fretboard. The 25 ½” scale and 10” fretboard radius offer a refreshing evolution in our electric lineup.Whether you’re drawn to the commanding clarity of the 71 or the fluid and resonant nature of the 71 M, the 71 Series invites you to explore, express, and define your own sound."Includes Deluxe hard shell case.
