Core Design & Sound

• Inspiration: Roots trace back to large-box vintage Rat topology, refined for superior clarity, touch-sensitivity, and low-gain application.
• Dual Architecture: Combines a clean/preamp boost circuit interacting naturally ahead of a rich distortion engine.
• Range: Smoothly transitions from transparent low-gain boost and overdrive to thick, harmonically rich distortion and fuzz-like saturation.

Layout & Controls

• DRV: Governs the primary gain structure, saturation level, and low-end heat.
• CUT: Functions as a high-pass style tone filter to dial back high frequencies.
• VOLUME: Controls overall output level to push amp front-ends or balance unity gain.
• Build: Housed in a signature folded steel enclosure utilizing vintage-style through-hole components.
