For your consideration, the ultra rare Ibanez 2615B, the unicorn of basses… it is a cross breed of a Gibson EB-0 and a Rickenbacker smashed in with the everly brothers inlays, it’s all Motörhead and outlaw country as it gets! With the classic EB-0 neck pickup and a Rickenbacker bridge pickup the tones are endless…
The original owner I bought it from routed out the middle to put any pickup he wanted, routed for a ebo put then put P-bass pickups, I took out the P bass pickups and inputted a rare Greco Mudbucker, the pickup does work if wired in but I left it unwired it was too crazy lol!
Pair this bass with a 15inch speaker and you will be shaking the room! I searched for this bass for a long time but I have a lot of custom basses so I want someone else to enjoy this as I’m not playing it as much as I should.
Condition:
The bass needs a little work, the jack seems to have a bit of a loose connection sound will cut in and out if moved a lot. Lots of road wear.
Comes with the original cardboard case with the original Cosmo Music sticker which is where this bass was originally purchased in 1975. Comes with the original bridge parts in the case as it has been Upgraded with more of a practical bridge system.
