-----------------------------------------

Delivering supreme heaviness and refined playability, this instrument hails from the "Prestige" series—the pinnacle of Japanese-made guitars, boasting world-class craftsmanship and rigorous quality control. We are thrilled to finally stock this 8-string RG, featuring an eye-catching look that is both stylish and aggressive!

【About this specific unit】

1. Weight: 4.15kg

This weight offers a substantial, solid feel—ideal for an 8-string guitar.

It is slightly lighter than the previous unit we stocked, which weighed 4.4kg.

The body firmly absorbs the strong tension and vibrations of the low strings, outputting a tight, well-defined low-end sound.

Combined with the slim body profile, it is also very comfortable to handle!

2. Aesthetics

The finish is stunning—a fantastical yet imposing design that literally evokes "lightning slicing through the darkness"!

The black-and-white open-pore finish complements the ash wood grain, resulting in a truly beautiful instrument.

The finish is ultra-thin, allowing you to feel the wood's texture; white pigment is set into the grain, beautifully accentuating the powerful, distinctive figuring of the ash.

Binding around the body edge sharpens the overall silhouette and enhances its visual presence, creating a look that combines beauty with impact—taking on a uniquely alluring character under stage lighting.

【Sound】

In clean settings, the low-end muddiness often associated with 8-string guitars is completely absent.

Thanks to the wide-range resonance of the ash body, ceramic-magnet Fusion Edge 8 pickups, and stainless steel frets, it delivers a crystal-clear clean tone with an incredibly fast attack.

The high-rigidity neck construction—incorporating dense, hard wenge—ensures rapid response to picking right from the moment the strings are struck. Whether playing lead lines or chugging on thick low strings, the sound remains well-defined, offering a tight, punchy attack that is perfect for aggressive, percussive riffing.

When using overdrive or distortion, the guitar’s ultra-high resolution—free from any muddiness—pairs perfectly with tight, massive, wall-of-sound heavy riffs.

This is where the model truly shines.

Even with extreme high-gain settings, the low end never collapses or becomes indistinct, delivering a superb, heavy, and tight modern metal tone.

For the ultra-fast palm-muted chugging and odd-time signature riffs characteristic of Djent and progressive metal, the body firmly handles low-frequency vibrations, ensuring a powerful, immediate note attack.

Combined with the benefits of stainless steel frets, high-gain lead solos cut through clearly, maintaining a solid, unwavering core tone whether you are shredding or performing string bends.

Even during rapid down-tuned riffing, the sound remains free from low-end mud or distortion, outputting a modern metal tone that asserts itself strongly within the mix.

【Specifications】

1. Wood Configuration

Ash body, rosewood fretboard, maple/wenge neck.

The neck—the heart and soul of a multi-string guitar—features a 5-piece Wizard-8 construction combining maple and wenge.

Despite its ultra-thin profile, it offers overwhelming strength that easily withstands the high tension of multi-string setups, while delivering a natural, resonant tone with a solid core.

2. Frets

Equipped with jumbo stainless steel frets featuring the Prestige series' signature spherical fret-end treatment, allowing for smooth, stress-free fingering.

3. DiMarzio Fusion Edge 8 & Coil-Tap

The guitar is equipped with a combination of DiMarzio Fusion Edge 8 pickups, which have earned immense trust in the modern metal scene. It also features a coil-tap function via a mini-switch, offering an astonishing range of sounds—from the tight, aggressive riffing characteristic of Djent to beautiful ambient clean tones and progressive solo work—all in a single instrument!

4. Hardware

・Gibraltar Standard III-8 Bridge

Its low-profile design ensures your hand doesn't easily strike the bridge during aggressive picking, providing a stress-free playing experience.

It offers a wide range of adjustment, allowing for precise setups tailored to the player's preferences!

・Gotoh MG-T

Easily lock the strings simply by turning the dial with your fingertips.

This dramatically speeds up the string-changing process—often a hassle with 8-string guitars—while maintaining stable tuning.

5. Luminlay Side Dots

Instantly visualize your position, even on a darkened stage.

It provides a reassuring sense of confidence during live performances!

◆＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿ ◆

The overwhelming low-end punch generated by the 27-inch scale, combined with the ultra-fast note attack provided by stainless steel frets and an ash body, is nothing short of spectacular!

There is absolutely none of the "muddy" sound often associated with extended-range guitars; even during complex chord work, every note from the first to the eighth string rings out with beautiful clarity and separation!

Crafted without compromise in looks, sound, and playability, this is a cool, high-performance instrument that is ready for immediate action!

Don't miss out on this opportunity! [Included Accessories]
