Up for Sale is an extremely rare Kramer Vanguard Flying V Bass from the Early 80s. This Bass has a Gloss White finish with the Aluminum/Wood Insert Kramer Neck. The Bass is a Unique Example of this Series of Instrument, as it was Customized in 2006 by the Renowned Luthier, Alan Turchanik in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Alan's modifications, which were first-class, as you can see in the photos, were:

1. Turning the Bass into an Active Instrument with a Bartolini Bass Pickup, and Bartolini Pre-Amp and Electronics.

2. Taking it from being a Fretted Instrument to a Lined Fretless Instrument, which is very easy to play, and gives it a unique tonal characteristic.

3. Upgrading the bridge to a Schaller Bass Bridge.

The instrument is in Good + condition, with a few dings and scratches, which are typical for its age, and are noted in the photographs.

The Bass comes with a Formed Flying V Hardshell Case, made by TKL.
