Poorly repainted matte black. I don't know what kind of color is under there. Also not sure whats up with those extra drill holes on the neck. Did the previous own move the locking nut? hmm not sure. Anyways its still the real deal and plays ok. I'm sure some minor TLC would make this guitar SHINE!
Also looks like a home made truss rod cover.
