I bought this bass to refinish it. I already have a Blacktop Jazz and it is one of my favorite instruments. I have never gotten around to refinishing it, so I think it is time to pass on this incredible bass to someone else.

As you can see in the pictures, there are around 6 dents on the upper horn. While they don't look the best, there is no chipping and I think only the clear coat was effected. There are some other small scratches and blemishes, but these are all just part of a players instrument. Nothing is really noticeable without some scrutiny.

The neck is perfect and has no flaws. Just a great example of Fender doing a small jazz neck correctly.

The double P pickup arrangement is just the best of both worlds. Extra top end and growl with all the low end of just a single P. More basses should have this layout. All electronics work great with no noise.

Bass comes with an older gig bag. Nothing special, but it'll keep it from getting beat up.

I think I have a replacement mirror pickguard for it as well. I'll be sure to include that in the sale.
