This is a very special and unique 1979 fender Stratocaster. It has spent years of its life in the fender factory case. The uniqueness of this guitar is the special order Birds Eye maple neck and fretboard. This was before the fender custom shop came out. Just look at the Birds Eye maple in the neck and fretboard. A beautiful specimen. The guitar has the original pickups, tone and volume pots. I do believe there were capacitors added on the tone and volume controls for some reason years ago and they were unsoldered and taken off. Guitar is in astounding condition for its age. (47 years old) Comes with the original Fender factory hardshell case. Please see photos.
