1981 Gibson Les Paul Heritage Series Standard-80 Elite

In production for only 3 years, 1980-1982, the Les Paul Heritage Series was created in response to musicians and dealers requesting the late 1950’s Les Paul specifications.

This guitar plays and sounds like the real deal, nuanced, touch sensitive and ripping.

Key specifications:

Tim Shaw original pickups

One piece mahogany body

Two piece maple “burst” top

One piece mahogany neck

Ebony fret board

Grover tuners

Note: Wiring harness, output jack and pickup selector where replaced with Doyle Coils 50’s Style Wiring harness. Original parts included.

Comes with the original Gibson case in good shape, with the word “ROINA” stenciled on the back.
