About This Listing

This guitar plays well and it has a nice feel to it. It was made in 1983 and it’s been kept in very good condition. It has close to no fret use at all which is pretty rare for a guitar this old. The electronics work perfectly and they sound good. Being a 1983, it has some small signs of use including some small scratches, indentions, and some finish checking on the back of the headstock/neck. All of these things are just cosmetic, don’t affect how it plays, and they are hardly noticeable. The original Gibson tuners are still on it, however if I was the future owner of this guitar, I would recommend eventually upgrading. Also included in this deal is the original chainsaw case. Its missing its logo and the inside compartment top where you would keep case candy. These don’t affect much at all with the case and the case is very solid. Overall it’s a nice vintage Gibson guitar that plays good at a great price.
