About This Listing

I love Kapa's, own a Continental, Continental 12 string and a Continental bass. I bought the bass with this Challenger, and just don't need another. Plays great, no real issues. I want to say the guard is a replacement, as I have never seen one with a black guard, and the knobs obviously are replaced, but the pickups are the Erlanger-Pix Hofner pickups, and I think I remember 1965 pot codes. If I remember correctly, the Challenger was one of their first models. I have never had one. Mostly we see Continentals with 1966 pot codes. This is a cool guitar and ready to boogie! Thanks for looking!
