Awesome guitar amp - this is a 1963 vintage sano 500r-12 50 watt tube 2x12 combo amplifier.
This amp has two identical channels with two inputs on each channel.
Each channel has their own reverb and tremelo on/off switch. (Take a look at the pics)
I have tested all the inputs and all controls. All work except the "bass volume" for the auxiliary input and does not effect tone at all in channel 1 and 2.
The amp has two new Jenson c12Q speakers.
The amp has new cane grill cloth installed on front and rear.
The amp has a new updated grounded power cord with 3 prongs.
The amp has el34s professionally installed and maintained.
The amp has all new rear panel screws/ washers and top control panel bolts/ washers.
Produces lush reverb and tremolo plus sparkling clean tones. These amps were originally designed to fill halls with the sound of accordions, but guitar players have found these amps incredibly rich for their clean tones, thick reverb and tremolo. A lovely piece of gear they just don't make anymore:)
All pots and jacks have been cleaned and none appear to be noisy or crackly.
Ships to lower 48 only.
