We email the Download URL and Serial Authorization Number to you immediately after receiving it from the Manufacturer. No Refunds Accepted On SERIAL DOWNLOAD Software Orders. No Returns, No Refunds, No Shipping, No Box, Serial Download Software ONLY eDelivery. There is no need to ship but you’ll have to tell Reverb to disregard shipping at the point of sale. Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

Buyer Pays Return Shipping. We will not accept returns on software. We will not accept returns on Opened Goods. If you have a Brand New item, we will accept a return as a credit towards another purchase ONLY. For a Return Authorization, please contact us via Messages. Most Items Are Subject To A Restocking Fee, depending on the Brand, Item, and Condition.
