I have been surprised that so many customers will go to great lengths to be treated poorly. Why would anyone want to spend hard earned money on a product only to have a over zealous sales person try to sell them something that they do not really need. When you buy a guitar "new" it should be NEW, It should not be new with 50 different people scratching it and dinging it up like some of the big box stores. When you buy a new guitar or amp from us at Northeast Music Center it will be new. Each and every guitar will be setup to your liking at no extra charge with your choice of strings.
Shipping Policy
Free UPS Ground shipping to the lower 48 U.S. states for most orders over $50. For all International Orders we ask that you please contact us by email or phone for a Custom Shipping Quote and if the product is available to be shipped to your area. All items ship from Dickson City PA. Orders will be shipped the same business day as payment is received and tracking info will also be provided. We assure you that every item that we ship will be packed with the utmost care from our years of experience. All items shipped from our store include shipping insurance.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
We have a 72 hour exchange period on all mail order items (excludes layaways and special orders). Exchanges or Returns must be complete and in the original condition, original packaging with all accessories and complete documentation (owner’s manual, warranty card, hang tags, etc.), show no signs of wear or use, and include the Return Authorization Number provided by your sales associate. Items which are not normally stocked (special orders, oversized or overweight items, discontinued products, close-outs, used products, layaways, etc.) ARE NOT RETURNABLE . Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on exchanged or returned items, both to and from. If a specific set up is required upon purchase and the buyer chooses to return the instrument, a service fee will be applied to put the instrument back to its factory specifications.
