Shipping Policy
I will ship with tracking to the listed regions (US only). To negotiate shipping rates to other locations (Outside US), please send me a message. Please include a full address for an accurate shipping quote.
Guitar pick Shipping does not include tracking and which means if the package gets lost we can't track it.
We insure all guitars and cases. We do not insure small items unless requested before the shipping label is created (priority mail covers $50). If USPS/FedEx/UPS (any other shipper) doesn't have proof of delivery we will replace the product. We do not offer "reships" or refunds if delivery is confirmed by the shipper.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Shipping is non-refundable. There are no returns on any guitar, all are now clearance priced. If you ship a clearance back without notification you will only receive a 0%-50% refund, as stated in all ads NO REFUNDS ON CLEARANCE ITEMS. These are priced at cost or below.
