Here at JG Studios we strive to be accurate and prompt in all of our selling activities. If for some reason the item is defective upon arrival, we will refund the purchase price in full less any shipping charges at our discretion. Product must arrive back to us for inspection prior to our final decision on the refund. If the item(s) are shipped back to JG Studios with all original packaging and no signs of use in full working order when we receive the returned item(s), a full refund less any shipping costs will be refunded. There will also be a 15% restocking fee for all returned item(s) upon JG Studios discretion after testing and relisting the item(s) for sale. If you need more pictures or a more detailed description of a product, please email us before completing the purchase. We will try to respond as quick as we can.
