Ships from JG Studios(MI) to: United States ONLY (no shipping to HI or AK, or Canada... sorry...) JG Studios ships with UPS and USPS . Other exceptions may apply. When buyers make an offer, shipping rates can be negotiated at that time.
Larger, Heavier, and Multiple pieces shipped will incur extra shipping charges. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours after payment is received or the next business day.

If for some reason the item is defective upon arrival, we will refund the purchase price in full less any shipping charges at our discretion. Product must arrive back to us for inspection prior to our final decision on the refund. If the item(s) are shipped back to JG Studios with all original packaging and no signs of use in full working order when we receive the returned item(s), a full refund less any shipping costs will be refunded. There will also be a 15% restocking fee for all returned item(s) upon JG Studios discretion after testing and relisting the item(s) for sale.
