Hello and thanks for checking out my little corner of the music gear universe. I am a professional musician and audio engineer. Occasionally, I have extra equipment left over from various projects I'd like to find good homes for that I will post up here. I also build and restore guitars. Every so often I offer some of them for sale. In the spirit of my shop name (It's Alive!) , they will fit into one of the following categories: 'Creatures,' used guitars re-worked, hot-rodded and set-up to a great bang-for-buck spec. 'Creations,' custom builds using all new parts. 'True Monsters,' absolute 'Frankensteined' parts-casters that would make Mary Shelley proud. I'm also happy to announce that some of my Allédyne modified effects pedals will now be available here as well.
Shipping Policy
Items are normally shipped within 24hrs. after receiving payment. Buyer will be contacted upon shipment with tracking number and all other necessary information regarding the sale. Buyer will also be promptly notified in the unlikely event of any shipping change or delay.
Return Policy
New Items
Returnable within 7 days of delivery.
Used & Vintage Items
Returnable within 3 days of delivery.
General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
**EFFECTS PEDAL MODIFICATION AGREEMENT AND WARRANTY**
I take great care in the workmanship, testing, and quality control of all pedal modifications. As much as I dislike legalese and disclaimers, I must include the following information for your protection and for mine:
By purchasing an Allédyne modified effects pedal you, henceforth known as “the buyer”, agree to the following terms and procedures put forth by It’s Alive!, henceforth known as, “the seller”.
PURCHASE WARRANTY -
If, within seven (7) days of receiving the modified pedal, the buyer determines the modifications are not what is sought after, the seller will except a return at the buyer's request and facilitate a full refund of the purchase price less any shipping charges.
SERVICE WARRANTY -
Allédyne modifications are guaranteed to operate for the lifetime of the pedal under normal conditions. This warranty is offered to the buyer of the original purchase and is not transferable; it does not cover failure due to misuse, abuse, battery breakdown or leakage, damage from another device, hookup to an incorrect power supply, or tampering with the modifications. In the extremely rare occurrence of a malfunction, please contact the seller for service return authorization instructions. The seller reserves the sole right to determine if a defect with the modifications exist, at which the seller will repair or replace the faulty part(s) free of charge. Shipping charges to warranty service shall be at the buyer’s expense. Return shipping from warranty service shall be free of charge providing the pedal has been excepted for repair.
