Shipping Policy
Items are normally shipped within 24hrs. after receiving payment. Buyer will be contacted upon shipment with tracking number and all other necessary information regarding the sale. Buyer will also be promptly notified in the unlikely event of any shipping change or delay.
Return Policy
New Items
Returnable within 7 days of delivery.
Used & Vintage Items
Returnable within 3 days of delivery.
General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
**EFFECTS PEDAL MODIFICATION AGREEMENT AND WARRANTY**
I take great care in the workmanship, testing, and quality control of all pedal modifications. As much as I dislike legalese and disclaimers, I must include the following information for your protection and for mine:
By purchasing an Allédyne modified effects pedal you, henceforth known as “the buyer”, agree to the following terms and procedures put forth by It’s Alive!, henceforth known as, “the seller”.
PURCHASE WARRANTY -
If, within seven (7) days of receiving the modified pedal, the buyer determines the modifications are not what is sought after, the seller will except a return at the buyer's request and facilitate a full refund of the purchase price less any shipping charges.
SERVICE WARRANTY -
Allédyne modifications are guaranteed to operate for the lifetime of the pedal under normal conditions. This warranty is offered to the buyer of the original purchase and is not transferable; it does not cover failure due to misuse, abuse, battery breakdown or leakage, damage from another device, hookup to an incorrect power supply, or tampering with the modifications. In the extremely rare occurrence of a malfunction, please contact the seller for service return authorization instructions. The seller reserves the sole right to determine if a defect with the modifications exist, at which the seller will repair or replace the faulty part(s) free of charge. Shipping charges to warranty service shall be at the buyer’s expense. Return shipping from warranty service shall be free of charge providing the pedal has been excepted for repair.
