Visit Reverb at the London International Guitar Show

The inaugural London International Guitar Show is set to take place this coming Sunday at Kempton Park Racecourse just outside of London. Reverb will be on the scene with a bounty of swag to hand out to anyone who makes it to the show.

Evolving out of last year's South of England Guitar Show, the London International Guitar Show's new name reflects its wider international appeal (and the fact that many people had taken to simply calling it The London Show). The event is one of several organised by NGS or Northern Guitar Shows — a group that's passionate about bringing together musicians, makers, and guitar shops from all over the UK.

If you've not yet been to one of their events, we highly recommend it. There’s a real sense of community in addition to the fantastic range of exhibitors and gear to explore.

Some of the 160 confirmed exhibitors include ThorpyFX, Ambler Custom Guitars, and Six String Supplies. There will also be workshops and presentations, including a session from collector Phil Harris and Lazy J Amps about vintage guitars that will include 1958, '59 and '60 Gibson Les Paul "Bursts."

Those looking for some inspiration can head over to see live music from a selection of curated acts that includes Chris Walton & the Forgotten Sons, folk duo The Huers, and four-piece blues rockers Big River.

The show takes place on Sunday, 29 October at Kempton Park Racecourse just outside of London. Tickets are £10 with accompanied kids under 12 years old going free. And importantly for London, there’s free parking and a train station right at the venue.
