Used Carl Thompson Bass - 2000 Custom Left Handed 6 String Electric Bass

Super Rare Left Handed Custom Built Carl Thompson 6 string bass. The custom made wooden blocks in between the pickups act as depth guides allowing you to not fall in between the strings when playing and they are easily removed if you prefer. The pickups have been upgraded to Bartollini active pickups and a custom built bridge and knobs have also been added to the beautiful rare left custom built left-handed bass. Includes a heavily padded gig bag.

For those that don't know Carl Thompson basses - these are legendary.  Each bass is custom-made and have seen some of the most famous bass player of our time's hands in their time.  Les Claypool from Primus and Stanley Clarke are just two you know.  To find a Carl Thompson bass is uncommon, but to find a beautiful left-handed bass like this one is downright rare since they tend to not change hands often (and even according the  - the luthier himself thought building these was incredibly challenging and unreasonable).
