Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
You have 3 days from the date of delivery to accept or reject the item. If you choose to return the item you are responsible for the return shipping and you will be refunded less the shipping costs and restocking fee.
International sales are sold as is and we do not accept international returns.
We ship our items world wide and take great care in how we pack our Instruments. All shipments are professionally packaged, fully insured and ship out the same or next business day. Tracking info is provided via email at the time of shipment. Most shipments will require a signature upon arrival.
