Hello Yamaha drum fans.
Here we have a rare limited production vintage Yamaha Club Custom 12 round x 10 in rack tom.
Early edition Club Custom drum from the 1990s - made in Japan, the good stuff!
Top of the line drum, very similar in design, performance and quality to the prized Yamaha Recording Custom series - the difference being that Club Custom drums were made with a mix of birch and mahogany hardwood shells rather than all birch shells found on Recording Custom drums.
Relatively few of these first generation Club Custom kits were produced by Yamaha with even fewer in existence and available today.
The drums are unique due to shell composition and custom color combinations.
Fnished in beautiful cherry swirl lacquer (not a wrap) and are in very nice original condition. No added holes in the shell. Shell interiors and bearing edges are clean, original Yamaha black interior finish. Some areas of very light surface scuffs on from routine use and age, no major issues. Very clean chrome hardware, some areas of very light surface wear from routine use, no major issues. Shell is on round.
Original Yamaha made in Japan badges. Serial numbers TT712 KL6066. Badges and grommet in excellent condition. Heads in very good to excellent condition.
