This a Yunzhi archtop guitar that was made for me in 2018. This guitar was quite a surprise for me considering how much it cost to have it made compared to others. The build is solid and it has a great sound both amplified and unplugged. I have gigged this guitar many times and it has always been solid. I really wish I could hang on to it but I have some expenses to take care of and I don’t play this guitar as much as my others.
I’m listing it in “very good” condition because of a few cosmetic defects and just bumps and scratches from gigging it. There are some cracks in the finish along the side of the neck by the nut. The guitar came with them unfortunately. They don’t look great but have never chipped away or caused any problems with the guitars playability. They look like they’re just below the surface. I tried to show this in the photos. I also replaced the original pickguard/pickup with a Kent Armstrong pickup that attaches to the neck. There are still holes in the neck from where the original was attached. The frets feel amazing overall but a few have just a little bit of an edge to them still.
The bridge is also bottomed out where I have it set now so it can’t be lowered anymore. Something to take into consideration when buying it but the action is actually just right for me.
The guitar itself is a Spruce top with Maple back and sides. The bridge, knobs, tuning buttons and tailpiece are all Ebony and the binding and arm rest are Rosewood. The guitar also has a small sound port cut in the top side. Tuners are Wilkinson. They are super smooth and stay in tune very well.
Please feel free to reach with any questions! The guitar will ship in the hard case it came in.
