＜PST-X DJs 45 / collaboration with Daru Jones＞
The PST-X DJs 45 cymbals are a collaboration between Paiste and Dal Jones, a drummer, producer, and musical director with roots in church gospel who has established himself as a highly sought-after drummer, producer, and musical director in the hip-hop, soul, and rock scenes.
He wanted a cymbal set that was easy to carry and could be used anytime, anywhere, whether jamming with a DJ or playing hip-hop. Based on this concept, the PST-X series, which is known for its quick decay and dry sound that matches global hip-hop and electronica styles, was developed. This resulted in the release of a set consisting of a 12-inch crash, a 12-inch ride, and a 12-inch hi-hat.

This hi-hat has a clear, dry, and sticky sound, and can also produce a trashy, muted open sound and a dry, clap-like tick sound.
