Sabian HHX Legacy Crash Cymbal
With its dark tone, the highly-responsive Sabian HHX Legacy Crash is a punchy, dark and complex cymbal, capable of playing loud while remaining always musical. Developed with Dave Weckl, Legacy is the “dark side” of Dave’s sound: the yin to Evolution’s yang. The Legacy Crash is vibrant, trashy and beautiful, with dark, musical color that encompasses a full tonal spectrum and a dark, complex personality.
Until Sabian developed HHX cymbals, it was impossible to project darkness. But the dark, simmering sound, agitated bite and "Tone Projection" design of Sabian HHX makes this series more effective than others. Other cymbals may generate darkness, but Sabian HHX stirs up more simmering heat, more musical dirt, more of what drummers want to hear.
