Chuck and Marge Levin first opened "Chuck's" in 1958 in downtown Washington, DC where it quickly became known as THE go to place for musicians both local and abroad. Burned to the ground in the riots of 1968, Chuck Levin's relocated to Wheaton, MD and has remained there since.
