Shipping Policy
In stock items will generally ship within 48 hours of order receipt. Delays, backorders, special orders, and other situations that may impede delivery will be communicated within 1 Business Day of order receipt. Free Shipping applies to most items over $150 (excluding HI, AK, and PR). International Shipping will be quoted based on location. Shipping Costs incured by Chuck Levin's will not be refunded. General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Most new items can be returned up to 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund minus the cost of shipping.
COVID-19 Return Policy Updates:
We will quarantine any items that were opened before they are returned to us. Quarantine is 5 days for most items. Please expect delays if you return an opened item.
Our brasswind and woodwind cleaning processes are lengthy and complicated. If you return an opened brasswind or woodwind instruments, we must deduct a $50 cleaning fee.
Returns are not accepted on the following items due to health or licensing regulations:
Items that contact the ears or mouth (headphones, microphones, reeds, mouthpieces, in-ear monitors, harmonicas, etc), styli, control vinyl, print and electronic media (books, DVDs, software, hard drives, master tape, etc), tubes, bulbs, and speaker components.
We suggest using a shipping service with a tracking number and insurance. We are not responsible for packages that do not deliver to us or packages that deliver damaged. It is your responsibility to pack the return so that it is not damaged in transit. Please refer to Reverb's packing tips, or the packing tips available on our website.
To qualify for a refund, returned items must be in the exact same condition that you received them in, otherwise a restocking fee may be deducted from your refund or exchange.
We do not offer returns, refunds, or warranty support on products shipped outside of the United States. Please see the manufacturer's website for detailed warranty information.
