The GEWA G5 Digital Drum Workstation uses the exact same sounds and trigger engine as the top model, the GEWA G9. With 901 instrument sounds, 40 Drum kit Presets and 128 user presets, the G5 uses up to 1000 samples per instrument. They are high-resolution multi-layer samples, recorded at the Berliner Funkhaus Studios with up to 100 layers and 5 round-robin sounds per velocity layer.
