Fender retained their legendary uncomplicated electronics by outfitting the American Standard Precision Bass with a Custom Shop Φ60s Precision Bass split single-coil pickup, along with master volume and tone controls. Modern players will love the vintage single coil sound combined the the extra low-end rumble of the low B string.
A lacquered maple neck is available with a rosewood or maple fingerboard with a modern 9-1/2" radius and 20 medium-jumbo frets maximize comfort and playability. The profile is a comfortable C-Shape that will fill out your fretting hand perfectly. The neck is Graphite reinforced for maximum stability.
The Chrome hardware on this P Bass includes a high-mass vintage-style bridge with the option of a string-thru-body setup for increased sustain, and modern tuners. A hardshell case is included.
