2001 Tucker Mandolin Here we have a beautiful example of some of Melvin Tucker's best work. He is well known in the mandolin community for building high quality F style mandolins that people such as Wayne Benson and Aubrey Haney are associated with. The build is classic F style, with a spruce top and flamed maple back and sides, as well as neck. The neck shape is really comfortable and what we would definitely describe as a deep V shape. The unique color on the mandolin will turn heads and get people wanting to know more, and it has a sound that will turn heads too!
