1980 R.L. Givens F-5 mandolin, #200 in excellent+ condition. Beautiful looking and sounding piece of Robert Givens' master craft. Signed on the underside of the top. Spruce top with highly figured curly maple back, sides and neck. Speed neck, not sure if speed neck is original but looks to be original. Nut width is 1 1/16 inch. Original ebony bridge with a flat ebony fretboard. MOP highly detailed "Fern" with "R.L. Givens" script on ebony headstock, gold hardware. Fully bound. Triple bound body, top and bottom, double bound fretboard with single bound headstock. Allen tailpiece. Easy playing low action. Includes new rectangular hardshell case. $6950 + $100 shipping.
