In the 70s and 80s if you wanted a no-nonsense, hand-built tone machine, you went out and bought a Hamer, one of the original "boutique" guitars. The brand may have been bought, sold, and folded since then but that can never change the feeling you get when you pick up one these early guitars and fire up an amp. It's the kind of instant satisfaction that has bread a kind of loyalty that is hard to come by these days. Once you're a Hamer fan, you're a fan for life. This Vector is in great shape. No mods, repairs, etc, just some light wear around the edges that is almost unavoidable on a V-shaped guitar. The neck has the typical early Hamer neck, medium and almost D-shaped. Frets have recently been leveled so there are no divots or dead spots on the neck. Please drop us a line with any questions you might have. Original hard case included.
