DW Pre Collector's Maple 3pc Bop Shell Pack Champagne Sparkle, 1997

DW Pre Collector's 1997 3pc Shell Pack Is Beautiful and Versatile!

This kit is a Keller shell kit from before DW was constructing its own shells. The Bass Drum is 14x20 and, the original buyer really took advantage of DW's willingness to customize sizes with the toms which are 8.5x12 rack tom and 12.5x16 floor tom. Don't ask. We don't know.

It doesn't matter, however because these compact drums look and sound amazing. There is another unique feature. The original owner had 2 additional brackets installed just above the spurs on the bass drum to allow it to do double duty as a gong drum.

This kit is a beautifull looking jobbing drummer's dream. The finish ply is appealing and durable. You can put away your lacquer finish fears and take this on the gig, worry free. Feel free to ask for any additional information or come by to see it for yourself at Vicls Drum Shop. Customers outside the continental US: Message and ask about actual shipping price.
