Peerless Electra Orange 2007 Hollow Body Electric Guitar

Here for sale we have a Peerless Electra Hollow Body Electric Guitar in Orange finish. Made in Korea in 2007, this guitar consists of a Spruce top, a Laminated Maple body, a Maple neck, and a 20-fret Rosewood fingerboard. Other appointments include a Tune-O-Matic bridge, a Trapeze tailpiece, Enclosed Chrome tuners, and a set of Filter'Tron Style Humbuckers. These pickups are wired to a master volume, master tone, and a three-way pickup selector.

The Maple neck plays very well, with a profile resembling a ‘D’ filling the hand nicely for a substantial grip when chord playing, yet remaining slim enough for fast, articulate playing. The Gloss finish to the rear is pleasant to the touch and assists with smooth navigation of the 25.5" scale. The Rosewood fingerboard provides a tactile and durable playing surface across the register, and with its 12" radius is practical for both chordal and melodic playing styles. The smooth lines of the body feel great in the arms, ensuring comfort in both standing and seated positions. 

Amplified, the hollow-body construction of this guitar helps to deliver an open and airy tone as you would expect from a hollow body. The pair of  ‘Filter’Tron’ Style Dual-Coil humbucking pickups provide a thick and full-bodied tone, well suited to a wide range of genres yet retaining their own unique voice. The neck pickup is round and warm, delivering a smooth tone with plenty of power for pushing your solos and melody lines to the front of the mix. The bridge pickup is of course brighter, and with a higher output can handle a surprising amount of gain for a seriously rockin' tone.

Aesthetic Condition:

Headstock: Overall very good condition. Light delamination of the lacquer can be seen scattered on the front face. Light scratching to the front face can be seen under direct light, as is common with high gloss finishes.

Neck: Overall very good condition. Light lateral scratching is present across the register of the fingerboard, seen only under direct light and not felt in the playing position.

Body: Overall excellent condition. Light scratching to all aspects fo the body is visible under direct light, as is common with high gloss finishes. 

Condition of Frets:

The frets demonstrate mild signs of use, not affecting playability. Flattening of the crowns is apparent throughout the register. There is moderate material remaining for any fret work the new owner may wish to perform.

Current Set Up:

Truss Rod: Fully functional. Truss rod tool (4mm hex) not included.

Hardware: Very good condition. 

Structural: No concerns or issues to note.

Height of the string from the 12th Fret-1.5mm - Bass 2mm

The Sound Post that was originally installed inside the guitar is now loose, and is included in the case. This does not affect the structure or the sound of the instrument.
